First say sorry and say the things that make you want to say for her to stay wih you. Plus take what you know what you know about her( fav. flowers, fav chocolates and just tell her how important she is to you.
Wow it is difficult, okay she certainly needs time, that is an important word, however it is time with you not around but also not too far away!!! She needs to see you are sorry and this is you saying so not just going and buying some flowers because anyone can do that. She also needs to see you mean it and have put time into thinking about your mistakes. For instance if she drives to work then on each roundabout could be a sheet, roundabout 1) I'm 2) really 3) sorry 4) Amanda (get the right name though) okay and then give her space , couple of days later find another way like putting it in a pizza box or something. just remember it takes time, don't rush and let her breath, yes it is hard but it saves frustrating them and backing them into a corner and they just call it a day.
Tell her to live with it or shes out the door.
give her some expensive gifts.
If you did something to lose trust in you, It would be very unlikely that there is anything to do to regain her trust. It will always be in the back of her mind.
